Are the prints ready to hang? Do I need to assemble anything?
All our wall art is designed to be easy to display. Posters can be hung on their own or framed, and our canvas, acrylic, and wood prints are delivered ready to hang with the necessary hardware. If you order a piece with a frame (e.g. a metal frame), it will include all required hanging hardware and protective plexiglass. In some cases minimal assembly is needed – for example, our metal frame prints ship with the poster and frame packaged separately in one box, so you’ll simply insert the poster into the frame upon arrival. Don’t worry, no expertise or special tools are required, and we include instructions; it’s a quick and simple process and your art will be on the wall in no time.
How long will it take to receive my order?
We pride ourselves on fast production and shipping. Once you place an order, it is produced and shipped from a local facility near you, which ensures much faster delivery times than traditional centralized shipping. In fact, the vast majority of orders (over 90%) are printed and delivered within about 5 days. Your exact delivery time can vary depending on your location and the item, but typically you can expect to receive your artwork within roughly a week of ordering in most cases. You will also receive a tracking link as soon as it ships (see below), so you can monitor its progress.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide! We partner with a trusted global print network that has production facilities in over 30 countries. This means your order is usually fulfilled at a location near you, and then delivered to your address, no matter where you are. In fact, around 95% of orders are produced close to the customer’s location to ensure quick delivery and a reduced carbon. We can deliver to virtually any country; wherever you are, we’ll route your order to the best local production center for speed and reliability.
How are the products packaged for shipping? Will my artwork be protected?
We take the greatest care in packaging your artwork to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. Each piece is professionally packed using secure, protective packaging. For example, our prints with frames are wrapped and cushioned, and corners are protected, and each poster/frame combo ships in a robust box to prevent any damage. We’ve designed our packaging to keep your art safe from bending, moisture, or scratching during transit.
How do I track my order once it’s shipped?
Once your order ships out, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS (to the address/number you provided at checkout) that allows you to follow your package’s journeythegoatwallart.com. All orders come with full tracking, giving you live updates every step of the way. You can see when your art is in production, when it’s dispatched, and get an estimated delivery date. If you created an account during checkout, you can also log in to view your order status and tracking information there. Should you encounter any issues or if you haven’t received your tracking details when expected, feel free to reach out to our customer support, and we’ll assist you right away.
What if my artwork arrives damaged or defective?
If your artwork arrives damaged, misprinted, or with any defect, please contact us right away (within 30 days of delivery). We’ll take care of it quickly and professionally.
How we handle it:
- Fast resolution. Once you reach out, we’ll review your case and typically arrange a free replacement right away. If a replacement isn’t feasible or you can’t wait, we can issue a refund instead.
- What we need from you. To speed things up, please include: a short description of the issue, clear photos of the item, the outer packaging and any inserts, and the shipping label. These help us verify the problem and prevent it from happening again.
- How we work with our print partner. We share the case with the production partner that printed your order.They reprint or approve a refund and we manage the process end-to-end and keep you updated until the issue is fully resolved.

What payment methods do you accept?
